Upon arrival, the owner of this 88 year old home wanted an estimate
to replace the floors.
After an inspection it was determined that the floors could be
saved.
After sanding off the matted down carpet pad, paint and old
varnish
a beautiful oak floor is exposed.
The finished floor with one coat of stain and two coats of
polyurethane will provide years of use and enjoyment.
