| Some people may not know the difference between solid
oak and engineered wood floors. The difference
between solid wood and engineered wood is that solid wood is ¾" solid
wood versus engineered wood, which is layers of plywood and a thin top
layer of oak or other select specie of wood.

The solid oak can be sanded up to six or seven times
and the engineered wood floor can be sanded once, maybe twice at the
most.
Here at A & R Wood Floors we only work with solid
wood flooring because we consider it the best alternative and we want to
make our costumers happy by offering them the best wood flooring
available.
